Welcome to Airlo Studios! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Airlo Studios' services, website (www.airlo.co), and any associated platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Airlo Studios owns all content, designs, source code, and intellectual property on our website and platforms. Clients receive full ownership of final design deliverables upon full payment, except where third-party licenses apply.
2. Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, all final design files become the property of the client. Airlo Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless an NDA is signed prohibiting such use.
3. Third-Party Assets & Fonts
Some designs may include third-party assets, such as fonts, stock images, or templates. Clients are responsible for purchasing necessary licenses unless otherwise agreed. Airlo Studios will notify clients of any required licensing.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree that you:
Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Will provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner.
Will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
Clients may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell designs without proper licensing.
Reverse-engineer any proprietary systems of Airlo Studios.
Misuse or engage in fraudulent behavior related to our Services.
6. Revisions & Turnaround Time
Airlo Studios provides unlimited revisions within the scope of the project. Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request but generally range from 24-48 hours for standard design tasks.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not typically provided. However, requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, any delivered work remains the property of Airlo Studios and may not be used by the client.
8. Service Interruptions
Airlo Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and is not responsible for any losses due to downtime, technical issues, or third-party failures.
9. Liability & Indemnification
Airlo Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients agree to indemnify Airlo Studios from claims arising due to misuse of designs, third-party disputes, or breach of these Terms.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy. Any personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clients consent to receive electronic communications regarding their projects and account status.
11. Modifications to Terms
Airlo Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dalaware.
